All designs, concepts, and deliverables created by MacKenzie Martin/SterlingRayDesign/TheKidsTableCreative are protected under copyright law. By engaging in a project, you agree to our terms regarding payment, cancellations, and intellectual property. This policy ensures that both parties are clear on rights and responsibilities.

Refund Policy - the basics

A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required before work begins.
Payments correspond to project milestones (drafts, revisions, final deliverables).
Refunds are only available for undelivered work prior to the first draft.
Final payment must be made before delivery of final files. After full payment, refunds are not available.
Clients may cancel at any time, but refunds will be limited to unused work beyond the deposit.

What's included in the Refund Policy

Deposit Protection: Covers initial project time and preparation.
Milestone Safeguard: Ensures that any work already completed is compensated.
Final Work Delivery: Confirms that files and designs are delivered only after full payment.
Intellectual Property Rights:
- All designs remain the property of the designer until full payment is received.
- Upon payment, clients receive a license to use the work for the agreed purpose only.
- The designer retains the right to showcase work in portfolios or promotional materials.
- Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or sharing of work is prohibited.
